Edge is designed to meet the spiritual, social and educational needs of each young person. Our activities range from skits and games to small group work and prayer experiences. We strive to give our young people opportunities to learn about their faith, ask questions, talk about their relationship with God, and grow in community together as young Catholics.

With new catechetical themes delivered every semester, middle schoolers have an opportunity to learn the Catholic faith in a fun and inviting atmosphere. This creative and experiential approach engages youth to understand Catholic teaching and form their Catholic identity.

EDGE at St. Francis of Assisi

EDGE Nights are held Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30 pm during the school year in the school gym. We also have social and recreational activities that create a greater sense of community among our middle school youth.

Love Begins Here (mid June-late July)

Love Begins Here (LBH) is the local mission trip program run by the Diocese of Madison. Each week, teens from across the diocese gather at a parish for 6 days, serving the local community each day and living in community each night. Modeled on the life and teachings of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta, LBH has completed over 60,000 hours of service in the Madison area since 2009.
